Allison E. Studdard

Allison Studdard grew up in Flowery Branch, Georgia. She graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2016 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. In 2019, she graduated cum laude and earned her Juris Doctor from The Charleston School of Law. In law school, she was a two-year teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing first-year courses, member of the Moot Court Board, Chairperson of the Honor Council, and Associate Editor-in-Chief for the Charleston Law Review. Additionally, she was selected as a student member for the James L. Petigru Inn of Court. She was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2019 and the State Bar of South Carolina in 2021, and she is a member of the Real Property Section and the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
